Visitor Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
These Visitor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Combitiq platform and any bookings you make through Combitiq.
By completing a booking you enter into (i) an agreement with the provider of the Experience (the “Supplier”) for delivering the Experience, and (ii) a separate agreement with Combitiq for facilitating the booking, payment, and ticket delivery.
1. About us
Combitiq B.V. is a Dutch private limited liability company with its principal place of business at [insert address], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number [insert number].
Combitiq operates a digital platform where visitors can purchase tickets for cultural venues, events, tours and other leisure activities (the “Experiences”).
2. Role of Combitiq
Combitiq acts as an intermediary/booking platform. The Supplier is solely responsible for the execution, quality, and safety of the Experience.
Combitiq is not a package travel organiser within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
3. Booking and contract formation
By completing a booking on the platform, a binding agreement is formed between you and the Supplier for the booked Experience.
After successful payment you receive a confirmation and a digital ticket containing a barcode or unique reference (the “Ticket”).
4. Tickets and admission
Tickets are valid for the Experience and the date/time slot shown on the Ticket, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Admission may be subject to the Supplier’s reasonable house rules, safety regulations and legal obligations.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and mandatory charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Combitiq (and/or payment providers) on behalf of the Supplier. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, the Ticket may become invalid.
6. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
For leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Under Dutch law this corresponds with the statutory exception in article 6:230p(e) of the Dutch Civil Code.
Any voluntary cancellation, rescheduling or refund options are determined by the Supplier and are presented during the booking flow.
7. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellations and changes are generally subject to the Supplier’s policy/terms. Combitiq may forward your request but cannot guarantee acceptance.
If a Supplier cancels or makes a material change, you are entitled to a refund or a suitable alternative in accordance with applicable consumer law and the Supplier’s terms.
8. Liability
The Supplier is solely responsible for the Experience (execution, quality, safety, legal compliance).
Combitiq is only liable for damages resulting from a failure to properly perform its own platform services (booking, payment, ticket delivery) to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g., wilful misconduct or gross negligence).
- To the extent permitted, Combitiq’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
9. Use of the platform
You must use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Fraud or misuse may result in denied access and/or Ticket invalidation.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Changes to these Terms
Combitiq may amend these Terms for future bookings. Changes do not affect existing confirmed bookings.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
